Define. Test. Record.

CYBORIUM is the independent procurement layer helping Australian organisations define requirements, evaluate providers and negotiate a defensible cybersecurity, AI or enterprise IT outcome, at zero cost to the client.

No preferred-provider agreements
Our fee is paid by the selected provider
You contract directly with your chosen provider
Every claim enters the same evidence path. Requirements are defined first, the market is tested against them, and the recommendation remains traceable to what was actually found.
Convert ambition, constraints and stakeholder needs into measurable requirements.
Interrogate provider claims, delivery maturity, risk and commercial fit.
Record the evidence, trade-offs and recommendation so leaders can challenge it.
CYBORIUM turns fragmented technology-market claims into a procurement decision your organisation can explain, challenge and govern.
Select a gate to inspect the evidence path.
CYBORIUM structures and tests the evidence. Your organisation owns the decision and contracts directly with the selected provider.
Your organisation owns the requirement, the decision and the provider contract. CYBORIUM operates between market claims and that decision as the independent evaluation layer.

Defines the need, owns the choice and contracts directly.
Structures requirements, evaluation, due diligence and negotiation.
Delivers the technology and pays a capped fee when selected.
CYBORIUM does not sell, deliver, operate or invoice technology. The selected provider pays a capped fee; your organisation contracts with that provider directly.
Our role ends where provider delivery begins.
Not another slide deck. A traceable evidence base your organisation can use, challenge and govern. Each output makes the recommendation easier to explain under scrutiny.
Built for executive review, procurement governance, risk challenge and board confidence.
CYBORIUM was created to give decision owners an independent way to turn complex cybersecurity, AI and enterprise IT markets into clear, defensible procurement choices. We define the requirement before the market frames the answer, test evidence on equal terms and leave leaders with a record they can stand behind.

Before market comparison begins.
Against the organisation’s actual need.
With a record leaders can challenge.
Clear answers about CYBORIUM’s independent procurement model, the zero-fee structure and where accountability sits.

CYBORIUM is an independent, vendor-neutral Procurement-as-a-Service firm. We help Australian organisations define requirements, evaluate cybersecurity, AI and enterprise IT providers, conduct due diligence, benchmark commercials and support negotiations.
The organisation owns the requirement, evaluation criteria and final decision. CYBORIUM does not sell or deliver technology, and has no preferred-provider arrangement. Only the selected provider pays a capped success fee; the client pays CYBORIUM nothing.
Your organisation contracts directly with the chosen provider. CYBORIUM structures and supports the procurement process but is not the technology reseller, operator or contracting intermediary.
No. CYBORIUM does not sell, implement, manage, host or invoice technology. Our role ends where provider delivery begins, preserving a clear boundary between independent evaluation and commercial delivery.
CYBORIUM supports consequential cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and enterprise IT procurement decisions where requirements, provider evidence, risk, commercials and governance need to be made clear and defensible.
If a cybersecurity, AI or enterprise IT decision has become noisy, political or difficult to compare, start with the brief. We will show you how the evidence path should work before the market shapes the answer.
Independent evaluation. Client fee $0. Direct provider contract.
