CYBORIUM is an independent, vendor-neutral Procurement-as-a-Service firm. We help Australian organisations define requirements, evaluate cybersecurity, AI and enterprise IT providers, conduct due diligence, benchmark commercials and support negotiations.
Your organisation owns the requirements, evaluation criteria and final decision. CYBORIUM does not sell or deliver technology and has no preferred-provider arrangement. Only the selected provider pays a capped success fee; your organisation pays CYBORIUM nothing. Rates vary by provider and create a financial incentive. You can ask for each shortlisted provider’s rate. Criteria are agreed before scoring, and recommendations are recorded against the evidence for you to review.
