How CYBORIUM is paid
Your organisation does not pay CYBORIUM and never receives an invoice. The provider you select pays CYBORIUM an agreed percentage. Providers that are shortlisted but not selected pay nothing.
That is a real incentive, and it is bounded, not removed. The percentage is capped and negotiated with each provider, so it varies from one provider to the next. If you ask, we will tell you the rate for any provider on your shortlist. Every score and reason is written down, so your team can check the reasoning for itself.

Nothing. Your organisation receives no invoice. The provider you select pays CYBORIUM an agreed percentage, as set out above.
Do we stay in control of the decision?
Yes. You choose the provider and sign the contract with them directly.
How do we know the advice is independent?
CYBORIUM does not resell, build or operate technology and takes no resale margin. Providers pay nothing to be shortlisted or evaluated. The scoring and reasoning behind every recommendation are written down so your team and board can test them.
Is there a retainer, minimum spend or lock-in?
No. You engage us for a specific evaluation and can step away at any point.
